“In recent weeks I have been interested in purchasing a property that your company has been marketing and eventually sold yesterday at auction. During that time I have been fortunate to have had a lot of dealings with young Sumina Rashid, or Sam as she is known.
I live in New Zealand but intend to buy a property or two in the south of England as both investments and a place to live. In dealing with Sam I have found her to be extremely polite, energetic and skilled. She has been patient with me as I try to comprehend the essential differences between our two systems of purchasing property in UK. The other difficulty is the 11 hour time zone difference, whereas I certainly did not expect Sam to be up at 3am emailing me her responses or replies, I found that she made it easy for me to communicate with your office regularly.
The other obvious difficulty was to grasp some form of opinion as to the value or suitability of any property when unable to personally view that property.
